My path to design wasn't linear.

I've worked on busy kitchen lines, I treated patients in the back of ambulances, managed retail teams through the holidays, and done more than a few jobs that had nothing to do with Figma or Adobe Creative Suite.

None of those jobs were detours. They taught me how people think, how systems break, how experiences are felt, and how good work depends on hundreds of small details.

And that our work is rarely about the thing we’re making. It's about the people we're making it for.

Whether it's a product, an experience, or an internal initiative,
the first question isn't "How do we design this?", It's "What are we really trying to accomplish?

No matter the client, the work usually starts the same way. Someone has an idea they believe in, but they aren't quite
sure what it could become.

That's the work I enjoy most.

I ask questions and untangle complexity. Help uncover what we're actually trying to solve for. From there, I work alongside teams, founders, and organizations to turn ideas into experiences people can hold, use, and share. Some of those ideas reach thousands of employees. Others serve local nonprofits and community organizations.

The scale changes, but the quality of work doesn't.

In the end, the work is what lasts, and good work isn't about who gets the credit.
It's about bringing the right people together
to make something meaningful happen.
